MARRIAGE IS NOT A PRIVILEGE, IT IS A RIGHT!

I don't seem to understand how the corporate @#$%!s of our government think that just because two people are of the same sex, means that they can't get married.

I have a gay cousin, and he gave me the straight foorward on the whole situtation. He told me, first off, that he did NOT CHOOSE to be gay, and that if he had the option, he would have chosen to be straight. He said "I don't understand where people are getting the idea that it is a choice. I ask them if they remember choosing to be straight." So the belief that gay people "chose" to be who they are, would also mean that we are all bisexual.

Why is it that two people who love eachother can't get married? Don't they deserve the same rights as everyone else? A priest told me that "the bible says it is an 'abomination'". Yeah, the bible also says that slavery is right and women are inferior to men, but those concepts are out of the question. So why do we base our prejudice on something like religion?

As for the thought that it would ruin the sanctity of the family, I say @#$% you! Gay parents have raised children to be just as stuctually sound as any other children. Also, apparently, gay parents raise all their children to be gay. Then how come my cousin, who has strait parents, is gay? I'll tell you why, @#$%head, because people are BORN gay. Not raised, not chosen, but BORN. Is that such a difficult concept for the kid-raping priests and money-stealing republicans to get through there thick, corrupt skulls? Why must we prejudice people?

If gay people could adopt children, that would make the "pro-life" people happier than ever, if they weren't such @$$holes. Think about it: is it fair that children, who are desperate for parents, have potential ones driven away? NO! So for your anti-abortion ideas, you contradict it with your anti-gay ideas.

THIS IS NOT EQUALITY! These people have just the same right to get married as all other people do. MARRIAGE IS NOT A PRIVILEGE, IT IS A RIGHT!
